These terms explain the basic rules for using the FRSHLD app, website and private testing program.

- Acceptance
By using FRSHLD, you agree to these Terms and the FRSHLD Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
- What FRSHLD provides
FRSHLD provides general strength and conditioning programming, workout previews, session logging, exercise swaps, training history and related fitness tools. Features may change as the app develops.
- Fitness safety
FRSHLD is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Exercise involves risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms. Speak with a qualified health professional before using FRSHLD if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, are returning to exercise, or are unsure whether a workout is appropriate for you.
- Private testing
Beta or private testing access may be limited, changed, suspended or ended at any time. Test versions may include bugs, incomplete features or changing designs.
- Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Tell FRSHLD promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
- Age
FRSHLD is intended for users aged 16 and over. Users under 16 may only use FRSHLD with consent from a parent or guardian.
- Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with FRSHLD.
- Do not use FRSHLD to harm others, break the law or upload malicious content.
- Do not share content that infringes another person's rights.
- Intellectual property
FRSHLD, including its brand, design, workout structures, copy, software and content, is owned by FRSHLD or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use FRSHLD for its intended purpose.
- Subscriptions
If FRSHLD later offers paid iOS features, purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds may be handled through Apple according to Apple Media Services terms and App Store settings. Any specific subscription terms shown at purchase will also apply.
- Third-party services
FRSHLD may rely on third-party services such as app stores, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email and authentication. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
- Availability
FRSHLD may update, pause or discontinue parts of the app or website. FRSHLD is provided on an "as available" basis and may not always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FRSHLD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
- Termination
FRSHLD may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these Terms, creates risk, misuses the service or if access is no longer available.
- Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless another law applies and cannot be excluded.
- Contact
During private testing, questions about these Terms should be raised directly with the FRSHLD testing contact who invited you. Public contact details will be added before public launch.
- Changes
FRSHLD may update these Terms as the app changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
