Privacy, kept plain.
This policy explains what FRSHLD may collect through the app, website and private testing program, how that information is used, and how a user can request access, correction or deletion.
This page is a practical App Store readiness draft, not legal advice. Before public launch, match this policy to the exact app build, analytics SDKs, backend tools, App Store privacy labels and business entity details.
- Who we are
FRSHLD is a strength and conditioning training app. During private testing, privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests should be raised directly with the FRSHLD testing contact who invited you. Public contact details will be added before public launch.
- Data we collect
- Contact information, such as email address when a user requests access, creates an account or contacts support.
- Account and profile information, such as name, training preferences, session length, training type and app settings.
- Fitness and workout information, such as selected sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weight, duration, skipped items, swaps, completion history and feedback.
- Device, usage and diagnostic information, such as app launches, interactions, crash data and performance data, where enabled.
- Support information, such as messages sent to FRSHLD and any information a user chooses to include.
- Data we do not sell
FRSHLD does not sell personal information. FRSHLD does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking unless this policy is updated and consent is requested where required.
- How we use data
- To provide, save and improve training sessions, history, preferences and progress features.
- To operate private testing, send access updates and respond to support requests.
- To protect the service, troubleshoot issues, measure reliability and understand which parts of the app need improvement.
- To meet legal, security, App Store and record-keeping obligations.
- Third parties
FRSHLD may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, email, forms, customer support and Apple App Store services. These providers may process data only to help FRSHLD operate the service and are expected to protect user data consistently with this policy.
- Apple and payments
If FRSHLD later offers paid features through the iOS app, purchases may be processed by Apple. FRSHLD does not receive full payment card details from Apple.
- Retention
FRSHLD keeps personal information only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and improve safety and reliability. Workout history and account information can be deleted on request unless FRSHLD must retain limited information for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Deletion and consent
Users can request deletion, correction, a copy of their information, or withdrawal of optional consent through their FRSHLD testing contact during private testing. If an in-app account deletion flow is available, users may also use that flow.
- Security
FRSHLD uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
- Children
FRSHLD is not designed for children and should not be used by anyone under 16 without consent from a parent or guardian. FRSHLD does not knowingly collect information from children.
- Health and safety
FRSHLD provides general fitness programming and is not medical advice. Users should exercise within their ability and seek medical advice before starting a program if they have a medical condition, injury or concern.
- Changes
FRSHLD may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
